Strategic plan & Annual Reports

The College Strategic Action Plan (CSAP) forms the foundation for the College’s Annual Operational Plans (AOP) that include all of the strategic and operational imperatives and initiatives for a given academic year.
The nature of Champlain Regional College with its three constituent colleges, each with distinctive cultures and traditions in three very different regions with varied needs and expectations, creates a unique challenge when developing a College-wide strategic plan. Yet, it is this diversity that gives Champlain rich opportunities to build relationships that span the physical boundaries and open possibilities for synergy and continuous improvement.

In this context, the development of this plan would not have been possible without the commitment and collaboration of our constituent colleges and service teams. Therefore, we wish to take this opportunity to thank everyone who participated in the numerous consultations that contributed to the development of the Plan, ensuring that we focus on our students’ success and respond to the needs of our students, faculty, staff, management, and communities.
On behalf of the Board of Governors, we wish to express our sincere appreciation. However, the work has only just begun, and we are counting on everyone’s support to ensure that the outcomes and ideas contained in the CSAP become a reality.
